Annual Financial Request

A Message to Those Submitting Annual Financial Requests

Missionaries and mission agencies (Applicant) interested in partnering with Crossroad Church (CRC) are required to complete the following form and submit it to the Outreach Leadership Team (OLT).

Requests for ongoing financial support will be reviewed annually. To receive consideration, requests must be submitted no later than August 1 of the year preceding the request. Financial support, if granted, will commence January 1 of the next year.
