Pastoral Care

 

 

Pastoral Care is available for members of CrossRoad who are hurting from the wounds of life, confused about what to do next, or struggling to understand God and His ways. Our Pastoral Care team includes church staff and gifted church members who provide Christian hope and Biblical guidance by listening to needs and connecting people with appropriate resources. This care is available by appointment during office hours by calling the church office at 904.448.1288. 

CrossRoad does NOT provide emergency care. If you have an emergency, please call 911 and talk to the 911 emergency responder. 

Hospital and home visits are available to provide encouragement and comfort to people who are hospitalized or at home. If you or a loved one are going into the hospital and desire a call or visit, please call the church office at 904.448.1288 and let our receptionist know about your need. 

Pastoral care provides volunteer financial guidance, based on Biblical financial principles, to assist you in formulating or adjusting your budget, to access the abundant life God has for you. 

Pastoral Care provides funeral and memorial services for members who have experienced the death of a loved one. 

CrossRoad Church contributes to many local missions and community programs which provide food, clothing, shelter and other needs for people in distress. We refer all people in need of these basic life necessities to these programs.  

If you would like to speak to someone for assistance, please call our receptionist at 904.448.1288, Monday – Thursday from 9:00am-4:00pm, and ask for Pastor George or a member of the Pastoral Care team.  For ongoing counseling needs, there is a list of community counselors available from the receptionist.
