THE CONNECTION CENTER
Yo-God is a Christ-centered worship and exercise class. This class honors God's temple. The class consists of stretching and toning exercises, worship music, scripture and prayerful meditation/relaxation. Yo-God is a worship class first; come prepared to "be still and know that He is God." As you place God first, all else follows, including a stronger, healthier body. Wear comfortable exercise clothes and bring a yoga mat. Both gentle and intermediate classes will be offered.

Marriage On The Rock

Whether you’re suffering the pain of a struggling marriage or are looking for a way to strengthen your commitment, Marriage on the Rock offers unique and effective real-world solutions for helping you and your spouse connect and build a marriage the way God intended. Included in the course is one all-day “Skills” Saturday. This class is offered twice a year in the spring and fall.

WOMEN'S TUESDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY: From evangelist Beth Moore comes this 7-week detailed study of Psalms 120-134. “Stepping Up” engages participants in unique opportunities for personal reflection and worship while exploring the background/writer of each sacred song. Just as a song or poem can express feelings of fear, doubt, hope and joy, these 15 psalms model how you can voice your own petitions and praises to God.

AGELESS Fitness

THE WHEREHOUSE
AGELESS is a great group fitness workout for anyone starting a fitness program, getting back into shape after having a baby, having taken time off from exercise, or anyone wanting a fun way to get a workout. This low-impact workout includes cardio conditioning, pilates strengthening and stretching. You’ll be talked through the entire class by an ACE certified instructor while listening to uplifting music. Wear athletic shoes (cross-trainers recommended). Bring a towel and/or yoga mat and a watter bottle.
